Characteristics

TRIBOFOOD PFPE (perfluorinated) grease with exceptional thermal and chemical resistance and long lubrication life. Compatible with most plastics and rubbers. IKV FLUOR MPA 0 H has now widely replaced fluid graphite lubricants on rotary and rack oven bearings and is available in a spray for easy application. It is available in NLGI grades 000, 00, 1 and 2. All greases are NSF H-1 registered.

Applications

TRIBOFOOD’s range of  Fluorinated Greases are widely used on all bearings, sliding bearings or joints subjected to high temperatures or aggressive environments, applications include waffle moulds, kiln bearings,  and curing ovens, as well as many other food, beverage, pharmaceutical and associated packaging industry uses. All TRIBOFOOD Fluorinated Greases offer extended relubrication intervals.

    • Physically and chemically inert in the event of aggression by liquid or gaseous products (except fluorinated solvents), AND, thermal and ionising radiation
    • High mechanical stability and low oil separation
    • Temperature range of -60 to 155°C

  • IKV-TRIBOFLON MYA 62 FG

    • Non flammable, creamy white grease with PTFE thickener
    • Physically and chemically inert in the event of aggression by liquid or gaseous products (except fluorinated solvents), AND, thermal and ionising radiation without the production of coking residue
    • Resistant to load and wear
    • Thermally stable
    • Extremely low and stable coefficient of friction guaranteeing prolonged protection
    • Compatible with all widely used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals
    • Adapted for lubrication in thin films of sliding electrical contacts or as dielectric agents
    • Temperature range of -50 to 180°C

    • Temperature range of -40 to 220°C
