NEW food grade range of synthetic ester based high temperature chain oils for bakery oven chains and conveyors
The TRIBOFOOD CHN product range are premium quality, food grade, synthetic ester chain lubricants manufactured using the latest technologically advanced additive packages for the highest temperature applications within the food and pharmaceutical industries.
TRIBOFOOD CHN 300 HTBN contains a new technology sub-micron white ceramic additive package offering excellent lubrication up to temperatures of as high as 650°C as a dry film lubricant. The synthetic base oil offers protection from -40°C up to 300°C as a wet lubricant.
Our TRIBOFOOD CHN range have excellent thermal stability, protecting and extending the life of chains at higher temperatures, they penetrate into links and pins thus offering protection in the highest potential wear areas.
The new technology base oils and additive packages ensure extended chain life with minimum “stretch” and reduced wear. These base oils do not carbonise even at higher temperatures, offering clean, long lasting chain lubrication, significantly reducing maintenance and production costs.
TRIBOFOOD CHN oils are designed for use on all high temperature chains in the food industry, such as bakery oven chains and attachment chains. These products are Nonfood Compounds Program Listed for H1 Registration.
The range includes different viscosity grades for all types of chains and environments; TRIBOFOOD CHN 300 HTBN, 110 SDS, 220 HTLR, 300 HTBN, and 32 SDS. We also have our TRIBOFOOD CHN 310MT which is a clear oil for applications where this is advantageous.
